about me
joel anifowose.
I am passionate about identifying, researching, and analyzing value opportunities. I graduated from Goizueta Business School, specializing in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Alternative Investments. I am an experienced professional in Commercial Real Estate, with expertise across various functions and property types. I received my B.A. from Brown University. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to different types of people and how they view the world. My view is, of course, influenced by my own experiences. Here are a few fun facts about me: I was born in Nigeria; lived there for the first 9 years of my life. I ran track in high school and college- to this day I enjoy few things more than a 200-meter sprint. Since Age 14, I have only had 1 summer without a job. Though more recently, I am learning the value of downtime and rest. I have my USA Track & Field Level 1 certification and I hope to coach the sport at a higher level in the future. I am still in touch with the kids I coached for 2 years when in Maryland. Below, you can read more about my professional experience.
